Advertising Operations Executive

We are looking for an Advertising Operations Executive to support with the day-to-day operations of the Advertising Operations department, ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns managing yield for our publishers.

Location: Hybrid, flexible working environment. Bournemouth HQ, must be based in and around the Bournemouth area.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: £23,000-£27,000 depending on experience

About Content Ignite: At Content Ignite, we maximise revenue, efficiency, and control for digital publishers through our proprietary ad-tech platform called Fusion. Fusion allows publishers to take control of on-page monetisation, ad technology, and ad management through one simple tag integration. In this period of growth, we are looking to add a new Account Manager to our team.

Job Purpose: As an Advertising Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Advertising Operations department, ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns managing yield for our publishers. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and optimising digital ad performance, working under the direct supervision of the Advertising Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new publishers across Fully Managed, Plug & Play, and SaaS models.
  • Manage daily ad operations, including campaign launches, trafficking, and optimisation for key accounts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimisation strategies through regular reporting and analytics.
  • Maintain SSP setups and manage relationships with Advertising and Publisher teams.
  • Develop and uphold operational best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality ad delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Technical teams to enhance ad products and troubleshoot issues.
  • Uphold guidelines, policies, and legal requirements for advertising campaigns to ensure high standards of ad content and compliance.
  • Identify and support new advertising opportunities and revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Advertising Operations within a digital publishing, marketing or ad-tech environment is desired.
  • An understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic advertising ecosystems would help.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in managing data to drive decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry with flexibility to adapt and pivot strategies as needed.
